A segment reads like a sentence

“Speaks Portuguese and clicked the pricing link and has opened nothing for 90 days.” Ten families of conditions, joined by and or by or: fields, tags, attributes (text, number, date), subscription date, campaign received, opened or clicked, one precise link, an automation e-mail, engagement, language, another list.

The count updates while you write the rule.

A score, not a hunch

Every subscriber carries an engagement score from 0 to 100: the opens and clicks of the last six months, fading as the last read recedes. Worked out again every night.

Sort by it, segment on it, and stop writing to people who stopped reading.

Importing cleanly

CSV or XLSX, in the background. Columns are recognised by their headers, language and time zone included. People who unsubscribed can be left out. The rows that were refused come back as a report you can download.

Someone who left stays gone

Hard bounce, complaint, manual block: the address enters the team’s suppression list, with its reason. No send reaches it again, no import brings it back. The list imports and exports.

The subscriber’s page is theirs

Preferences, lists, interests, language, and a one-click unsubscribe in their own language, with a reason if they care to give one.
