Subprocessors
Last updated:
These are the companies that process personal data on our behalf to provide the service, each under a contract that binds it to protect that data. The data processing agreement says how we choose them and how we announce a change.
The list
| Company | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Wajub | Payment gateway: takes the payments for the plans | The team’s name and billing address, the amount, the currency and the payment’s reference. Card and Mobile Money details are entered with Wajub, not with us. |
| Unlayer (unlayer.com) | The drag-and-drop designer, loaded from editor.unlayer.com in the browser of a member who chooses that editor | The design being edited. Images stay in the service’s own media library; the server never calls Unlayer. |
What is not on it
The sending provider you choose — Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, SendGrid, Brevo, Resend or an SMTP server — is not our subprocessor: you contract with it, and we hand it your e-mails on your instructions. The same holds for the webhook addresses and the connectors you set up.
Optional services the operator runs on its own machines, such as a spam filter, are not third parties and receive nothing outside the service.
Changes
We announce a new subprocessor, or a change of one, on this page and by e-mail to the owners of each team at least 30 days before it is used. You may object, as the data processing agreement provides.
