Plans
You pay for size, not for features
Everything is in every plan: automations, tests, API, verified domains, languages. This is what you pay Lekalao, per month. The sending is billed by your provider, at their rate.

The rules, written down
- 1A subscriber is one active address on one list. The same person on two lists counts twice; someone who unsubscribed counts for nothing.
- 2Past the subscriber limit, new addresses are refused; the ones you have keep working.
- 3Past the monthly e-mails, a campaign that would exceed it waits, rather than going out half-sent.
- 4When a month ends, you have seven days to pay. Then sending pauses. Nothing is deleted: lists, campaigns and figures wait for you.
Questions people ask first
Who actually sends the e-mails?
The provider you choose. Lekalao prepares, personalises, paces and tracks; your provider delivers and invoices you directly. You keep that account and the reputation you build on it.
Do I need a provider already?
No. Opening one takes an afternoon: account, domain, out of the sandbox, test. If you already have an account with Brevo, Postmark, Mailgun, SendGrid or Resend, keep it: Lekalao sends through it.
Will my e-mails reach the inbox?
That depends on your domain and your list, and Lekalao gives you both halves: SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked every night, sending paced per mailbox, bounces and complaints handled, and a campaign paused before it damages you.
I already use another tool. How do I move?
Export your contacts and your blocklist, import both, point your forms here, then widen your sending over two to four weeks.
How do I pay?
In CFA francs, by Mobile Money, card or bank transfer, one month at a time. When a month ends you have seven days to pay; past that, sending pauses and nothing is lost: lists, campaigns and statistics wait for you.
What happens to my data?
It belongs to your team: contacts, content, statistics, consent records. Export your contacts and your blocklist whenever you like, hand a person their own file, or forget them for good.
Does it speak my subscribers’ language?
The interface is English and French. Your e-mails can be written in any language, one version per language, and each subscriber gets theirs.
And if I need help?
Write to us and a person replies, in English or in French. The documentation follows the product section by section, and moving in from another tool is a guide of four steps.
