Every language with an ISO 639-1 code, region included: pt-BR falls back on pt. Swahili, Hausa, Yoruba, Wolof and Lingala are among them; Duala and Ewondo, which have no such code, are not yet.

For the API too:

locale picks the version that is sent.

Lekalao’s own interface is in English and French. So are the pages a subscriber sees around an e-mail — confirmation, unsubscribe, preferences: in their language when it is one of the two, otherwise in English or French as their browser prefers. The confirmation and welcome e-mails are the ones you write for the list. The versions of an A/B test are not translated.
